This policy explains how cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for taxi and tour enquiries booked with Vishnu Tour & Travels.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after route, cab type, pickup time, fare, and payment terms are agreed with our team by phone or WhatsApp.

Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling by calling or messaging our team.
• Cancellation charges may apply if a driver has already been assigned, the vehicle has moved for pickup, or the booking is for a peak travel date.
• Outstation, multi-day, wedding, and group bookings may have route-specific cancellation terms shared at confirmation.

Refunds

If an advance payment is eligible for refund, it will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method after verification. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

No-Show

If the customer is unavailable at pickup and cannot be reached after reasonable waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.
